- Every time I place an order for a specific item, my order is cancelled. Why?
- All items are sold on a first come, first serve basis. If you are placing an order for a specific item and the order is being cancelled, the item is currently sold out.
- Is it safe to wear older shoes?
- Considering that we sell shoes that may be considered “vintage”, certain shoes, for example Original 1985 Air Jordan 1, should be worn with discretion due to the age and materials of the shoes. Upon purchasing from OJ’s JP you are agreeing that OJ’s JP is not responsible for any damages.

- What is OJ’s JP return/exchange policy?
- All sales on OJ’s JP are final. No refunds, no exchanges under any circumstances.

- What shipping method/carrier is used and where will my order ship from?
- International orders (destinations outside of Japan) will ship via EMS, DHL, FedEx. All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Tokyo, Japan.
- How long does it take to ship?
- All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Delivery is dependent upon your geographical location.
- How long does it take my order to arrive?
- 2-6 business days depending on your location. Delivery is dependent upon your geographical location. For example, from Tokyo, Japan to USA, the average transit time for delivery is 3-5 days. - How much are custom charges?
- Custom charges are dependent on your country, please check with the customs bureau of your particular country before ordering.
- Can you ship to an address different from my billing address?
- OJ’s JP only ships to PayPal confirmed addresses, there are no exceptions.
- Can you put my item in extra box?
- All orders are double boxed to provide optimal protection.
- How can I check my order status and track my order?
- Once your order is processed and shipped we will provide you with a tracking number for your order via email.
- I can’t track my order with tracking number supplied by OJ’s JP.
- Sometimes it takes 24-48 hours to track your item depending on destination country.
